Changed Your Mind?

Our customers have the right to return their goods if they are not happy with their selection or simply change their minds. At Choose Tiles, you can return your goods to us within 28 days of receiving them and we will refund you within 7 days of receiving them back from you. Our customers will be responsible for arranging the transport and insurance of the goods being returned to us. All goods must be returned in their unopened, original packaging to our distribution warehouse:

Goods Left Over?
Our customers have the right to return any surplus goods left over. You can return your goods to us within 28 days of receiving them and we will refund you within 7 days of receiving them back from you. All goods must be returned in their original packaging to our distribution warehouse: 41-51 Freshwater Road, Chadwell Heath, Essex, RM8 1SP. Our customers will be responsible for arranging the transport and insurance of the goods being returned to us.
 
Received Damaged or Incorrect Goods?
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect goods, our customers must notify us within 48 hours at customerservices@choosetiles.co.uk along with your order number. Please attach photographs showing the damaged or incorrect goods in your e-mail. We will either refund you or send you replacement goods as quickly as is possible.
 
 
Before returning any goods, please download and fill out our ‘returns request form' and e-mail it to customerservices@choosetiles.co.uk. We will then contact you as a priority and issue you with a returns confirmation number. Goods cannot be returned without a Returns Confirmation Number. Your Returns Confirmation Number must show on your Returns Request Form which must be sent with your goods. Please download the form here.
